For all of your feedback needs, the Web Design Studio Tool features an administration interface, realtime results tracking, user arrangement and more.

Here are some of the highlights:

	Administrator access to real time results
	Radio buttons, checkboxes, text fields, text areas, Select, and Multiple Select options are all supported and easily changed
	Can include user-supplied Header/footer
	Customization of question text color and background
	Can easily move questions and answers around the survey through the use of Javascript for reordering
	Location of answers relative to questions can be positioned
	Questions can be grouped together for a better display

PRICING:

	If you enter the data	If WDS enters the data
For <	$250 setup and includes 3 months operation.	based on hourly time, approximately $82 (1 hour)
For > 10 questions	$350 setup and includes 3 months operation.	based on hourly time, we will provide estimate based on number and complexity of questions

$50 for each additional 3 months operation (can be non-contiguous for up to 5 years) with same content.

If you enter the data there are no additional charges but tech support is limited to the Help Pages.

For all of these choices, additional features can be included at an hourly rate, but will have to be evaluated separately.
